do you know the latin name for the sea cucumber?

"stickapuss californianus" (unsure of spelling)

    My '98 reference has the California sea cucumber (sadly) as Parastichopus californicus, though it also notes that this species partakes in '"pseudocopulation", whereupon spawning adults wrap 'round one another and release gametes into the sea. Snuggly.

    some of my old favorites are: the slipper limpet, Crepidula fornicata & the mummichog, Fundulous heteroclitus.
